E-WALLET Ang Pow Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. The E-Wallet Chinese New Year Ang Pow promotion is valid for purchases made during the period of 1st January 2023 until 31st March 2023 from selected Pantum Authorized Partners or Pantum Online Stores (Lazada & Shopee).
  2. Pantum P2506W, M6506N, M6506NW, M7100DW, CP1100DW, CM1100DW, CM1100ADW sold to Pantum Authorized Partners AFTER 1/1/2022 are the only products eligible (“Products”) for this promotion.
  3. Each unit of Products purchased shall be entitled for one (1) E-Wallet Ang Pow*.
  4. Each customer is limited to redeem for a maximum of one (1) unit of the Products.
  5. This E-Wallet Ang Pow is to be given to customers who purchased the Product at Pantum’s Recommended Selling Price. Customers who purchased below the Recommended Selling Price are not entitled to the E-Wallet Ang Pow redemption.
  6. E-Wallet Ang Pow is limited to the following quantities:
  7. E-Wallet Ang Pow redemption must be submitted within 14 days from the date of the invoice for the purchased product.
  8. The last day to redeem E-Wallet Ang Pow is 14 April 2023 or while stock last.
  9. Customer must provide 4 pictures to redeem the E-Wallet Ang Pow:
    • A clear photo of the product serial number (found on the purchased Products);
    • A copy of the sales invoice showing the details of the dealer you purchased from, purchase price and purchase date; and
    • A picture to show that you have followed either Pantum Malaysia Facebook Page OR TikTok account
    • A picture to show that you have shared Pantum Malaysia Facebook post OR TikTok account regarding this E-Wallet Ang Pow.
  10. All E-Wallet Ang Pow code will be sent via email within 21 working days of redemption submission.
  11. Pantum Malaysia shall have the sole discretion in determining the type and brand of E-Wallet Ang Pow, as well as it’s replacement without any prior written notice.
  12. The E-Wallet Ang Pow is not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any cash equivalent.
  13. Pantum Malaysia shall not be responsible for expired, dishonoured, or unclaimed E-Wallet Ang Pow.
  14. Pantum Malaysia reserves the absolute right to reject ineligible redemption submissions, incomplete and/or incorrect E-Wallet Ang Pow redemption submissions as well as redemption submissions for the purchase of Products below the Recommended Selling Price.
  15. The phone number used to register for the E-Wallet Ang Pow redemption must be the same as the phone number used to claim the E-Wallet Ang Pow.
  16. Pantum Malaysia shall process all personal information and data supplied by the customer in accordance with Pantum Malaysia Personal Data Policy as published in https://mypantum.com/privacy-policy/
  17. Personal data provided to us shall be kept confidential by Pantum Malaysia and its vendor for E-Wallet Ang Pow promotion. Such personal data may be used by Pantum Malaysia for the purposes of contacting you about the e-Rewards promotion and sending the E-Wallet Ang Pow or marketing related communications to you. Pantum Malaysia may disclose such personal data to its vendor for the e-Rewards promotion, to the extent that such disclosure is necessary for the said purposes.
  18. By participating in this program, you are deemed to have consented to abide by the said terms and conditions and the Personal Data Policy set by Pantum Malaysia. You also confirm that all personal data provided are true and accurate, and you acknowledge that if the personal data provided is not true and correct, Pantum Malaysia may not be able to contact you about the E-Wallet Ang Pow or send the E-Wallet Ang Pow to you.
