This PANTUM Toner Cartridge Limited Warranty (this “Limited Warranty”) is provided to end-user purchaser of a Pantum Consumables which include consumables model such as NT-C210B, NT-C211B, NT-C216E, NT-C216B, PC310H, TL410, TL410H, TL410X, TL425U, TL500U, TL-5120, TL-5120H, TL-5120X, DL-5120, CTL-1100XK, CTL-1100XC, CTL-1100XM, CTL-1100XY, CTL-2000HK, CTL-2000C, CTL-2000M, CTL-2000Y, CTL-300HK, CTL-300C, CTL-300M, CTL-300Y, DL410, DL425H, DL500H (“Consumables”) that Pantum Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Pantum”) sells in Malaysia.
This Limited Warranty is valid only to the original purchaser (“you”) of the Consumables and is not assignable or transferable.
This Limited Warranty applies only to purchases from an authorized dealer of Pantum in Malaysia on or after the effective date identified above, and only covers genuine Pantum-branded Consumables.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to Consumables which have been refilled, refurbished, remanufactured or tampered with in any way.
This Pantum consumables is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period that is the earlier of: the period specified above after the date of purchase, or until the estimated ISO Yield specified by Pantum is reached.
1. Warranty Period
The Consumables has a 2 year Limited Warranty which covers normal use by the initial user or purchaser. Pantum hereby warrants only to the initial user or purchase that the Consumables will be free of any defect in materials and workmanship for the life of the Consumables provided that the Consumables is properly used and maintained.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to Consumables that (a) have been refilled, refurbished, remanufactured or tampered with in any way, (b) experience problems resulting from misuse, improper storage, or operation outside of the published environmental specifications for the printer or cartridge, or (c) exhibit wear from ordinary use.
The Limited Warranty starts on the later of the date of purchase from Pantum or an authorized dealer of Pantum in Malaysia. Your dated sales or delivery receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Pantum Consumables, is your proof of the purchase date unless Pantum or your authorized reseller informs you otherwise in writing. You may be required to provide proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service.
The date of manufacture on the toner cartridge box is intended for Pantum internal processes and may be required to comply with regulatory standards in certain countries. The date of manufacture is not an expiration or “use before” date. There is no expiration date for the use of Pantum Consumables.
2. Warranty Claim Procedures
2.1 How to Make a Warranty Claim

Pantum offers two types of Limited Warranty: “Carry-in Warranty” and “Onsite Pickup Warranty”.
2.1.1) Carry-in Warranty
Carry-in warranty services means repairing service for your Products by Pantum or Pantum’s authorized service centre’s technicians at a place designated by Pantum. You will be solely responsible for deliver and transport the Product, including payment for the delivery charges for sending to and receiving the Product from Pantum’s authorized service centre. The name and telephone number of Pantum’s authorized service centre near you may be obtained from https://www.mypantum.com or by calling our Customer Service at 1-300-88-762. You will need to include your proof of purchase with the warranted Product. Any damage caused during transportation by failing to package the Product correctly will not be covered by this Limited Warranty.
2.2) Onsite Pickup Warranty
Onsite pickup warranty means free pickup services for your Products by Pantum’s designated courier services/service centre at your designed place in West Malaysia. To be eligible for Onsite Pickup Warranty service, you must be situated within a 35km radius from any of Pantum’s designated courier services office/service centre. Extra mileage fee will be imposed to you if the location exceeds the 35km radius.

2.2 What Pantum will do
Once your Limited Warranty claim is received by Pantum, Pantum will investigate the cause of the problem, and if the fault with the Product is a consequence of the Manufacturer’ defect in materials or workmanship, Pantum, will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the Product.
3. Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
3.1. Consumables Limited Warranty does not cover Consumables which have been used for more than 70% of their estimated useful life, or have been refilled, remanufactured, are emptied, are abused, are missing, or are tampered with in any way.
3.2. Abuse and/or tampering by any person other than the authorized personnel of Pantum;
- negligence and/or misuse (including foreign object, accident, improper storage, exposure to moisture, excessive temperature, sand, dust, dirt, other pollution or other environmental conditions and failure to follow precautions or proper operating instructions stated in the instruction manual such as improper installations);
- fire, flood, lightning strike or other acts of Nature; and
3.3. Defects, damages or accidents due to the malfunction, connection to or use of unauthorized parts (including re-conditioned, tampered, re-used or non-genuine Pantum accessories). In such event, Pantum reserves the right to cancel the Limited Warranty immediately.
PANTUM MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OR CONDITION WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL AND, ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANTUM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS NOT STATED IN THIS WARRANTY.
